- CORE PROGRAM- THIS IS OUR BASE LEVEL PROGRAM. NO MATTER HOW OUT OF SHAPE YOU ARE, THIS PROGRAM WILL MOVE AT YOUR SPEED.
- GPP PROGRAM- GPP STANDS FOR GENERAL PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS. YOU WILL BE TAUGHT BASIC BARBELL LIFTS, AND START A PROGRESSIVE STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM.
MANY PEOPLE ARE WORRIED THAT WEIGHTLIFTING IS TOO HARD FOR THEM. SOME PEOPLE ARE RIGHT, BUT NOT BECAUSE IT IS TOO PHYSICALLY HARD. IF IT IS TOO HARD FOR YOU, IT IS ONLY BECAUSE IT IS TOO MENTALLY DIFFICULT. AS LONG AS YOU CAN WRAP YOUR HEAD AROUND TRAINING HARD, AND WHAT KIND OF EFFORT IT WILL TAKE, YOUR BODY WILL FOLLOW.
