Our Youth Foundations program helps athletes ages 8–12 learn how to run, jump, land, throw, change direction, and control their bodies.
Through fun, coach-led training, kids build strength, coordination, speed, balance, and confidence that carries over to every sport.
Our experienced coaches teach young athletes the fundamental movement skills that create long-term athletic success.
Through a structured, age-appropriate program, kids learn how to run, jump, land, throw, change direction, and control their bodies while building strength, coordination, confidence, and a lifelong love of being active.
Rather than focusing on one sport, we build the athletic foundation that helps children perform better in any sport they choose—today and for years to come.
Build Athletic Fundamentals – Learn how to run, jump, land, throw, and change direction with confidence.
Develop Strength & Coordination – Improve body control, balance, stability, and overall athleticism.
Prepare for Every Sport – Build movement skills that transfer to baseball, softball, basketball, football, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, and more.
Expert Coaching in a Fun Environment – Age-appropriate instruction that builds confidence, encourages hard work, and keeps kids engaged.
The best athletes don't just play sports—they learn how to move. Ages 8–12 are the ideal years to develop coordination, balance, speed, and body control before strength and sport-specific training become the focus.
Create Better Movers Before Bigger Bodies – Mastering movement early makes future strength training safer, more effective, and easier to learn.
Reduce Injury Risk – Proper movement mechanics help growing athletes handle the demands of sports more safely.
Build Confidence Through Success – As kids improve their movement and coordination, they gain confidence both on and off the field.

Today, Geoff works with athletes of all ages, helping them become stronger, move better, and develop the confidence to reach their full potential.
